In the spring of 2007, Deka whose real name is Alexander Karangioze, took a look at how he could strengthen the house music nation that he lived for. Too many new labels flooded the house music market with sub par productions and hindered the quality tracks that he loved from being heard from around the world.

Deka realized that the only way to develop these intense new sounds was to do it his way. He has developed and started his own record label to ensure that quality over quantity will prevail. With the intentions of showcasing the leaders of the genre (a genre of which he has been a part of in one form or another for the last 8 years) Coraza also intends to develop and promote new up and coming artists. Along with releasing projects from the premier producers of the globe, Coraza Recordings will also be the new residence for Deka’s dynamic productions. It will be a home that can provide his audience the music it calls out for.

You will find that Coraza will be the platform in which emerging new artist will be given the ability to prove themselves to the world. With Coraza, two styles of house music will be merged into one sound. New York City hard house and Iberican Tribal beats will be paired together. Dark haunting vocals, with sharp stabbing synths will be found on the label. Peak hour tracks, fresh new producers all combined with direction from Deka will bring Coraza into the spotlight.
